land sale in that area means squat because access has been an issue from day 1.and it should be.
not everyone wants to trade a steer for a pumpjack.alberta for the stereotypes.
b.wilson needs a company for one of his endeavors.....he has a lot invested in alberta now but business is business and don't fool yourself.
imho-the monty play is something to keep the books active.not to say that an investment in fen is a waste of time..
