You are absolutely right, there are many factors and "moving parts" to consider, not the least of which is where oil which eventually settle. My thoughts are that I will wait until I see some glimmer of a general turn around and indications of market confidence in Forent/Perisson. It is, indeed, a good team and decent properties, although I am not that familiar with Perisson, so will do a little more research. Anyhow, best of luck in these murky waters.
