POG is to be listed in the TSX, soon I think.  My understanding is the info circular will be subsequent to this. Seems the process of POG getting on TSX-v is taking longer than expected. I think there is some frustration at the delays , hopefully will resolve any day.

as per fin statement just released the completion is expected in May. That being said circulars should be out within 2-3 weeks imo
