New year low

Steven Dean wasn't able to get anything done when the iron ore sector was so strong the past couple of years so what is the likelihood he will get anything done now. Dean has been a director of this company for 12 years and he has created no shareholder value. I understand he has had success elsewhere but here he is nothing but a looser. Dean is content with his high interest on his convertible debentures. Before then end of the year the conpany is going to have to issue millions more shares to the royalty holders and then later on issue millions more share when they do the next financing. More convertible depentures or cheap $.05 warrants. The share structure of this company use to be good but not any more. There is not going to be much left for the minority shareholders when they finally do something with this company. And what about your opportunity loss hanging on to this all these years when you could have been into something better.

I sold a large portion of my stock a year or so ago in the low $.20's. I didn't really want to sell but I couldn't ride it down again. I should have sold it all but I am feeling pretty good I dumped a lot.
