RE:RE:RE:Trash,I can't speak for Karim, but my guess would be, not to further dilute Falcon shareholders, when money will be needed to do work on the properties, I assume you mean the land in Chile.
Falcon will own a good chunk of Latamark, and Falcon shareholders will also own a large chunk of it.
Should Latamark be successful in Chile, Falcon directly and the Falcon shareholders who got the spin off shares will benefit.
Again, that's what I think, but it seems logical to me.
