Doing Nothing

Another soil sampling announcement for the summer.   How exciting, another year of the stock doing NOTHING. 
Why does the board do nothing about the do nothing President/CEO? ?  Drill for God's sake, it's only been 12 years?

Is Walter Henry even aware that his job is to increase the shareholder value and therefore the stock price?
