Good questions. It is trading on the H because FGC never filed the annual audit and a number of quarterly financial statements.(at least that is my understanding) Walter is non-responsive to ...more

Why does the exchange even transfer FGC to the H exchange.

Surely Walter is even paying a fee for being on H. Why  with  no trading or really any communication at all.

Consider writing off your losses in FGC against 2023 taxes

Relistings by the exchange are rare notebly after long periods where management has closed down any communication with shareholders.
