No it doesn't say that. It says the bought deal is for 15M CDN at 1.50 of which 10M CDN and 18.25M shares is paid to Omnia for total consideration of 50M CDN. 


So that would be 18.25M shares for 40M CDN (net of the 10M cash payment) which is about 2.20 for the share portion to Omnia.
