Management has been pretty focused. They have worked wth Glencore for quite a while so I guess they are the most likely strageic partner. But there are lots of possibilities to explore. And at some point someone might make them an offer they cannot refuse. I hope it any deal is structured such that FL remains as a partner, set up to grow and thrive. Rather than just selling the company to a much bigger player. In that case there would be a nice premium from a sale, but it would be capped at the takeover price, and there would be capital gains to pay. The upside over time is greater if FL remains an independent company with one or more major partners. And if the partnership controls mining and production of spodumene concentrate and production of chemical grade lithium hydroxide. If the partner is a miner then the partnership would also control marketing and sales. If the partnership is an end user, then the production would have a predetermined direction.
