3 dollar resistance

3 dollar resistanceResistance at 3 bucks may not last long as news of drill hole PL 098-22 continues to spread and anticipation of the upcoming revised ore estimate and Phase I PEA, starts to build. Will be interesting to see what lithium pricing they use compared to Pilbara’s recent contract price of US $6300/t.@ 6% Li2O.

Considering just the area between the last two drill holes in the northwest extension, (PL 098-22 and PL099-22), the back-of-envelope calculation is showing visibility to 5-10 mmt of new ore. When the revised ore estimate comes out, management needs to clarify if any new tonnes from the North West extension are included. The westernmost hole (PL 099-22) is a monster in itself, with a grade thickness number of 384 (243 m x 1.58% Li2O), so looking good for lots more tonnes to come, farther to the west.
