Great opportunity (VW, etc) if they can seize itThe Ontario government managed to combine part of two towns to facilitate the VW deal. Now if they only realized that it would be good to build one bridge after 20 years of planning and upgrade the road a bit. That isn't everything of course. FL also has to get their act together in terms of ready access to capital, one of the requirements for success. Will that mean JV or output commitments or partial ownership - or something else?
Anyway - there is a GREAT opportunity. Which may or may not come to fruition.
