Don't leave off another mentor of Trevor, namely his father Reggie Walker who has massive experience in mine development and construction. Look at the relative number of shares (father versus son) and then consider that he is Trevor's Dad and ask yourself if he has some management input. To me that is a good thing and he will help put foot on accelerator when time is right. And I would say it is getting very close to being that time
