Poll on FL Management

There have been some recent comments here on frustrations with management. And if my memory serves me correctly, and I think it does, there was a poster on the Board a while back, I believe named Ttinto, that was very critical of management, and now has disappeared from the Board.  I can only assume he's sold and deployed cash elsewhere.

I am curious as to how each of you feel about our senior management and their performance here.  A couple of ground rules. Let's make this a constructive and unemotional commentary please.

Performance is truly amazing for long-term holders given they have no crystal ball for lithium cycles. They have skin in the game as we are and I'm pretty confident in the company and spee well unlike many other on TSX with 2-5% management ownership. The one thing I would improve dedicated IR Officer to communicate with investors and guide the market. I see a lot of guesses and speculation ...more

Using a football analogy, TW is like a halfback. He's been a good halfback and has been good grinding away making short gains and an ocassional 15 yard gain. But the team is losing the game and we're in the second half. A team needs a good running back, but we really require a seasoned quarterback this year. In my experience a seasoned CEO can attract capital and make such a huge valuation ...more

Don't leave off another mentor of Trevor, namely his father Reggie Walker who has massive experience in mine development and construction.  Look at the relative number of shares (father versus son) and then consider that he is Trevor's Dad and ask yourself if he has some management input. To me that is a good thing and he will help put foot on accelerator when time is right. And I ...more

Exactly, we'll need experienced mine builder after FS and infrastructure is about to be ready. Or we'll pay millions a year to see him sitting without a job. I expect this move closer to 2023 year end.

Frontier Lithium are in an excellent position, they have all the experience on their board of directors to bring  this world class lithium deposit to production. Getting a deposit from find to production takes time and lots of money even the goverment agree that 12 to 15 years is way to long that they must pass legislation to reduce the time frame in order to bring these deposits to ...more

According to the RBC research FL is undervalued relative to it's peers and the deposit they have. That means more dilution and less capital to move the deposit into production. That is on management. The last issue was a marketing disaster. Even with warrants they could not sell it and the stock was under pressure for months. That is on management. This stock has no institutional following ...more
