Yes Sheshe, should be one of the last financings before driving this project towards some arrangement of Lithium production. I would anticipate a debt financing via off-take agreement or some other arrangement would shore up the balance of project funds required, even if operations begin on smaller level scale as all systems are optimized & product becomes known to be high purity.

Sheshe1234: I'm sure those that are interested in participating in this raise beyond the original subscription amount/agreement are serious players... Closing/paperwork shouldn't take that long...

Just to let you know that I am heavily invested in HPQ. love this space of batteries. Not trying to pump it. But I really like this company as well. Have been watching this for a bit and now have my position . I really appreciate any information on this company? Cheers
