Pak remains highly profitable

After yesterday’s blowout, it’s perhaps time to step back and revisit the Pak project economics.  Chart below shows that Phase I mining of the higher-grade Pak pegmatite (10 mmt @ 2.0 % Li2O) remains highly profitable even at today’s abysmal concentrate price of US$ 938/t @ 6 % Li2O (C$1250/t). What’s more, this analysis is conservative because the Pak pegmatite will generate technical grade, rather than chemical grade concentrate and will be North American-sourced and will thus fetch premium pricing.

Fundamentals are there FL will be a highly profitable operation.....but why the blowout? For the past 6 months we've been down 63 % the worst in the class except for Lithium America 74 % and Piedmont with 69%. But here were not talking about the same high quality in purety and quantity! Fundamentals are ther for FL......is there someone interested for a cheap buy!

I concur Mookster.  I believe the further/recent stock price erosion is due to the reports of winter roads not holding up due to global warming and the governments' lack of an announcement on funding the Berens river bridge and roads (which we've been on for months/years). However, I THINK the roads to/from the FL site are currently usable and further away from the "global ...more

Couldn't agree more, I remain positive and try to ignore the fluctuations and the current drop in price but my goodness... If the family and Board are so commited to this project I would expect them to be purchasing shares to display confidence in the project and company as a whole or at least to provide shareholders some reassurance. The communication from Trevor and the Board is pathetic and ...more
