Morgan Stanley at it again .Been selling for a while to lower the price.Will have to cove eventually..

Just this month Morgan Stanley as dumpted 1.1 MM net shares.....Who's picking them up......Scotia Capital 600 K shares.....and Scotia as a buy @ .40 for more thant 950 000 shares....... Are we heading to .40 cents......
