I don't think it's illegal, I think it's just not disclosed.
i don't see them having more than 40 drones in their fleet right now. probably have a bunch of sparrows and 8-10 robins and the condors.
no need carrying anywhere near 1000 drones like that old man pkrash suggested. A proper guess would be 1-50 drones. No more than that just sitting at the head office.
if you really want to keep them stocked up max max max 100-150 lol but that's not realistic. Especially with one route and one customer.
