RE: Reality Airlines

RE: Reality Airlines

........WOW.......

I don't know if that was an epiphany or a testimonial.......coming from 'Shaw' ....a long time and staunch AMA supporter, the only thing missing was an opening statement...''I am an AMA-aholic''.

Obviously he's somewhere between being legitimately PO'd and totally disenchanted....quite a reversal of form!

I'd only add that the company is not flying blind...it knows full well what it is up to....best review the finer points of 'Forward Looking Statements' and 'Safe Harbor' to fully comprehend the latitude they have.

And to give JFK Junior his due....he was not flying 'blind'....he was a little too bold.

He was a VFR rated pilot who overestimated his capabilities and unfortunately flew into IFR conditions...we all know the tragic outcome.

Somewhat analagous to some of the posters on this board who have vastly overestimated their understanding of a very complex industry...and are now in over their respective heads.....or certainly financially underwater... depending on how one views it.

An old aviation adage.....''There are old pilots and there are bold pilots....but there are very few old, bold pilots''.
