FLYHT-WVSS-II is an externally mounted aircraft sensor that detects and reports water vapor as relative humidity. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, CrossConsense, offers skilled services to the commercial aviation industry.

What I think it means...

Star knows they aren't going to win this. So why not scorch the earth as you retreat.

I saw someone threw their shares away in disgust. I continue to hold my position as I suspect later this year and 2010 AMA begins to get moving again. Can't base that on hard and fast logic so won't even try. Merely an opinion, like a*holes, everyone has one... LOL
