RE: RE: AerCap Agreement

RE: RE: AerCap Agreement
Sometimes AMA has lofty expectations with regards to timeframe. In other words, weeks mean months and months mean years. Just the nature of the industry they are in. I just hoped they would have learned by now.

C'mon David...get real.

It's you and your cohorts on this board who have the lofty expectations and should have learned by now. I expect the Company ( AMA ) to put a positive spin on things...that comes with the territory. You and your fellow posters are the ones who are supposed to hold their feet to the fire...and all you basically have here is a giant love-in.

You folks are always scouring the world to cut and paste some nuance from the aviation business and then using using imagination and outright fantasy to connect it back to AMA. I'd have thought by now that some of you might have noted that it's not that simple. And quoting reports from the Howard Group is laughable....they're the hucksters AMA pays to promote the stock....what would you expect them to say ??

Admittedly, many of you acknowledge having no aviation background...and many of the posts make it painfully obvious...but that's no excuse for the fantasies that are promulgated here. The recent discourse on the benefits of AFIRS as related to volcanic ash problems proved beyond doubt how fanciful and far fetched some of you folks are...why not discuss something that you might have a remote understanding of.

Your company is a niche player...I've always said that...and they're partnering with anyone they can in hopes of gaining an edge somewhere. So far all those deals have amounted to nothing meaningful...you can cut and paste every nuance of every hook up they have...but so far the real players are not even giving them the time of day.

Inves, and lately cmir have tried to point out some of the obvious to you folks...but you are all determined to believe whatever suits your fancy. Reality is, in the last several years, the only time the price goes up is when ''they'' juice the price in order to facilitate a public offering...the rest of the time it meanders sideways/down.

Although your poster 'Bomber' is a whiner...he at least sees it as it is....nothing meaningful will ever transpire until they make a breakthrough at a higher level in the industry. All their past alliances have been meaningless...and there's no reason as yet to believe that any great breakthroughs are imminent....and if you don't believe me or cmir or Inves...try asking someone at an operationally higher level in the industry about AMA's potential at the moment. You'll enjoy the answer...if he's even really aware of them.

You can wish and hope to your hearts content...and be led around by a few clever posters on your board...but the rest of the players who pay attention are pricing it where it is for a reason...I'll leave you to figure that reason out !!
