FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd. provides solutions for the aviation industry. FLYHT-WVSS-II is an externally mounted aircraft sensor that detects and reports water vapor as relative humidity. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, CrossConsense, offers skilled services to the commercial aviation industry.

You're correct 'Ube'...a review of my files reminds me that they did receive a lump sum $400k from the Nigerian gov't which was likely recorded in the 3rd quarter 2011..thus unduly inflating the revenue stream for the 2011 periods I noted.

Removing that $400 k from the comparison shows that FLY in fact had a slight improvement in revenues in the 3 month period and a slight reduction in the 9 month period when comparing the September 2011/2012.... 3 and 9 month periods.

I stand corrected....my aplogies for the oversight
