selected items pulled from the investor presentation

selected items pulled from the investor presentation• In final phases of STC certification for first-to-market 5G aviation solutions

• Initiated the commercialization of Edge, resulting in the accumulation of a substantial customer backlog

• Fortified presence in Weather through new and expanding relationships with meteorological agencies and airlines

• ~$39 million CAD contracted backlog with a ~$209 million USD sales pipeline

AFIRS Edge certifications...

STCs, "pending" with TCCA for:
  • Airbus A320 family (Canada Jetlines)
  • Boeing 737 -600, -700, -800
  • Boeing 737 Max 8

Pending = "We have received a Provisions STC and are in the final stages before receiving a full STC".

STC, "in progress" with UK CAA for:
  • Embraer ERJ145 (LoganAir)

For the STC for the A320 family, per Uber's Jan. 11 post, per KJ: "...the engineers should have the docs ready for Transport Canada by the end of January".

Once an STC for a given product on a particular aircraft type in Canada is in hand, STCs for the same product on the same aircraft type will go much quicker in other jurisdictions (like the FAA) due to a procedure known as "familiarization".
