Flying Nickel Mining Corp V.FLYN

New to FLYN and difficulty buying shares at 13.5 now...

I just read some stuff here on the Board and

1. FLYN is supposed to purchase Nevada Vanadium with expected close by Dec 22, 2022 per News Release. WHY NO CLOSE? Silver Elephant is the sole owner of Nevada Vanadium?
2. I thought that FLYN had or will have 3 assets, the nickel property, vanadium and I cant find a reference to a 3rd property.

Any help will be appreciated.

AGM approval by FLYN and Neveda Vandium shareholders set on January 20. Court approval expected in February- March.. Closing expected in April 23 FLYN will have atter merger with Nevada Vanaidum two assets ( Nickel and Vanadium) ELEF has about 16%  share in Nevada Vanadium ( via Oracle Commodity Holding)
