What "promises" do you mean exactly? There is no good in being so vague, please tell me exactly what he promised so far (keep in mind we just started the blue sky drilling) and what of those so far promised things were not delivered.
Otherwise we won't be on the same page and will at best guess what each of us is talking about.
As far as i can tell, he did exactly what was intended at this point in time. He explored the known structure and now extends the drilling programm to the unknown, as was communicated several times in the past, so what exactly is what you are displeased with?
