Its projects are Lac Knife and Lac Tetepisca projects. Lac Knife project is a high-grade crystalline flake graphite deposit located in northeastern Quebec, approximately 27 kilometers (km) south of Fermont. The property consists of approximately 57 mining claims covering 29,863 hectares. Lac Tetepisca project comprises two properties, Lac Tetepisca and Lac Tetepisca Nord. These properties are located in the Southwest Manicouagan reservoir area of the Cote-Nord region of Quebec, approximately 234 km north-northwest of the city of Baie-Comeau, an industrial city located where the Manicouagan River intersects the north shore of St. Lawrence River in the Cote-Nord, Quebec. Its properties form a block of approximately 115 claims, covering 6,000 hectares within the Manicouagan-Ouest Graphitic Corridor.

RE:Email from Don Baxter and NGC todayIf the interest was real, the potential partners and their friends, because that kind of information always leaked, would jump in and buy FMS because it would be  a great opportunity to make money...but right now, we don't see that ...

You know those expression: "If it looks like horse, it is probably a horse"...not a cow...anyhow, you see the point...if the stock price is going down or nowhere, and repeated promises of financing is not realised, it is probably that the interest for the project is not really there from financial institution...

As for NGC, let us wait for some news to sustain the last excitement...not the first that NGC is brought up by some kind of mysterious hand...to be send down right after...like a rock...
