RE:RE:Put two and two together Anyone do the math yet on what Braille's move means to FMS? FMS owns million of shares - directly and indirectly. Grafoid is the largest shareholder of Braille. FMS is the largest shareholder in Grafoid. FMS sells is 2 noncore assets worth almost 10m. What did the stock do? The ceo leaves in the middle of those sales. Investors wanted and needed him to leave. Was that a coincidence? Maybe - maybe not. What did the stock do? Braille finally moves higher and should go much higher yet. Grafoid is the largest beneficiary of this move. What did the stock do?
Here is a hint........nothing. There are to many shares. Dramatic change needs to take place. Grafoid is the train to ride. FMS needs to get on that train or sell their Grafoid ownership, sell Lac Knife and do a massive share consolidation. Use the cash for any other venture. Get out of graphite and mining.
