On November 2, 2021, 3,855,000 stock options were granted to Directors, Officers, employees and consultants at an exercise price of $0.50 per share, expiring on November 2, 2026.
(3) On November 4, 2021, 250,000 stock options were granted to consultants at an exercise price of $0.50 per share, expiring on November 4, 2026.
