Just like FMS's $$$$ vanished into Grafraud

During the year ended September 30, 2022, the Company was charged $240,000 by Grafoid Inc. for consulting services, including marketing, product development and auxiliary services (2021 - $780,000)

over $1M left FMS for Grafraud in 1.75 years

Actually, the original ownership was 60% founders and 40% Focus. If you know of a startup where the founders didn’t want shares, please lmk. Like all tech start ups Grafoid has relied on PP to fund it’s R&D and that is why the founders (including FSM) have had a proportionately equal reduction in ownership (with the exception of Jeff who stepped up to the plate and lent money as well bought
