He seems to be stuffed with money, and you're right about GT Gold and Muddy Waters and K2 shareholders who were some pissed off with his actions.

What I see is massive dilution, done by insiders and "selected" shareholders. How is that kosher when there is an overdue AGM, with insiders now taking down the bulk of the placement, pretty much guaranteeing their incumbency for the foreseeable future!!

WHERE IS THE AGM?

I can only expect the regulators will see this for what it is.
