There is zero doubt in my mind that Dr. Smith ever wanted to be self serving and BTW it was he, along with Hunter and other concerned shareholders who stopped the Scozinc POA.

As for Magpie, it is not Smith who agreed to the arrangement with KWG_CACR and believe there would be a benefit flowing to shareholders. It is moot at the moment as it has not been effected and sure thing Fancamp will do everything possible to kaibosh it.

So, here we are, and I hand back your self serving comment which befits present Fancamp board and management beautifully.
