RE:RE:Like a pebble in your shoeThere is no uncertainty about control and ownership. It is crystal clear, just ask  Fancamp's auditors who clearly state the facts.

There are "those" who would like you and everyone else out there to believe differently.

No doubt in my mind that Smith who secured the asset back in the day would see a benefit for First Nations stakeholders along with old Fancamp and Magpie holders. A little known fact about Smith and Magpie is his decision to donate the camp used for  the Magpie drill program to the First Nations band to use for  their  training purposes.

It would appear that current Fancamp operators are without merit in their dogged pursuit of what the auditors have plainly stated does not belong to them.
