Management have failed miserably in making their case. They got too greedy and there is only downside for current FNC shareholders - 30% dilution, massive unknown compensation --- salary, consulting fees, options that will bleed FNC treasury, the szm cashless low grade money pit and their proven unethical and incompetent exploration inactions held back to reduce FNC valuation and valuable niobium asset give away FNC spent 600K Discovering -- Vote for Hunter and his team to stop the steal and return FNC on a path to FNC shareholder benefit
