Update on MCTO?

Is there an update? Sedar plus isn't showing one as far as I can see... can't imagine much would change in a few days. 

As far as Magpie goes did Fancamp even fund the campaigns done on it? They attained the biggest share position of Magpie by acquiring the remainder of Sheridan Platinum Group's position. Need to revisit the news in 2015.

That's a lot of questions in one post. LOL! But as for an update re MCTO and financials, there will be no update ever unless fnc are compelled, required, forced, to give us an update. Just like the last press release was. From the last press release it was stated the requirement is a bi-weekly status report containing specific prescribed updated information. And speaking of the MCTO ........ copied here from ceo.ca post you can contact the bcsc to complain about how useless the "consequences" are for a late filing but I really doubt they care.  Speaking of funny and totally pointless, the MCTO only affects Sharma and Chapman. Nobody else. No directors. No insiders. Just those 2 specific people. What a joke. Too bad the joke is on
