RE:Update on MCTO? That's a lot of questions in one post. LOL! But as for an update re MCTO and financials, there will be no update ever unless fnc are compelled, required, forced, to give us an update. Just like the last press release was. From the last press release it was stated the requirement is a bi-weekly status report containing specific prescribed updated information. So , as is typical of fnc, we will get nothing until the very last moment is upon them, and we will receive absolutely no information about anything other than what is prescribed. Nothing. And don't hold your breath.
"During the period of default and until the filing of the Documents, the Company intends to satisfy the provisions of the “alternative information guidelines” as set out in NP 12-203, including the requirement to file bi-weekly status reports in the form of news releases containing prescribed updating information. The Company intends to work diligently and expeditiously with its auditors and expects to file the Documents on or around September 11, 2023."
