The Negligent misrepresentations of Fact can not be ignored.Investors are making investment decisions based on the Companies Claims and if those Claims are false it puts all our investment at Risk.Sharma is being paid a very high level of compensation and what are we getting neglect of duties ?? His immediate Termination is Required  or lets just get an AGM and replace them all. What was all this money for legal Fees about ? They have done next to nothing no settlement with Smith what are they billing for ? What action ?

Yes, saw that post on the  stitch and ditch the posters site - cause we have big bully on our side and we can.  They seem to have a great regard for penalty boxes.  This company really has no cajones, not since they turfed out the enigmatic pioneer who built the operation with one hand and fought off  subsequent marauders with the other until sadly the opponents used ...more

I actually thought there was a well planned takeout about to happen before everything turned nasty. I'm confused by it all. Seems like KWG has everything in place to be taken out and for Fancamp to be well positioned to benefit. It is all doublespeak dmtc, what FNC does  and what KWG/CACR does is a mystery. I don't know how sympatico they are with their goals. My opinion is that FNC would not cooperate for the benefit of FNC/KWG shareholders but rather the opposite.  The AGM is 364 days since the last one, so unless they make a  release tonight or tomorrow they will have gone the whole Year without ...more

Aallyy - FNC/KWG not on best terms these days.  The Magpie deal did not help.  It would be interesting to understand Frank's thinking on that deal - considering with the convertible debentures FNC is KWG's largest shareholder.

Don't know how Magpie is such a problem for FNC, they have stated their disconnect to that company. Smeenk is likely thinking he can bring it all together, whatever or however, and that can only be a good thing for fancamp and kwg.

If they weren't consulted before hand I suppose I can understand the bitterness. It seems like a waste of everyone's time if Mr. Smeenk didn't have the goods to follow through with a takeout offer.
