Regarding the private placement announced Dec 21st 2023 in relation to the overdue AGM and how disproportionate the placement is and how it will lead to total control of the company whereby shareholders who have been waiting to vote in a fair and reasonable manner would find such a vote futile in the future. This private placement is a deliberate action to interfere in the normal course of business and obfuscate shareholders with holdings prior to the announced  placement.

Don't hold your breath. We've been down that road. The BCSC is the primary regulator for fnc and as we all know, they are useless and will hide behind the passing of all responsibility to the BCCA and the courts. They will happily claim impotence. The osc will refer you to the bcsc. The amf will only converse in French and will likewise conclude they can pass the Buck and refer you to the
