Here's  an idea;

1) a news release announcing the resignations of Chairman, CEO and CFo.

2) a postponement of the AGM for a few months.

3) a takeover of fnc by kwg/cacr. Get a resolution re Koper Lake and Magpie issues.

4)  a reconciliation with the guy who co- founded the company. Put him on the advisory board.

5) hire new law firm

6) put this mess to bed 

7) have a party

8) make a ton on investment 

9) have another party

10) wake up and realize this was one hell of a good dream that could come true!!

@Ally. It's frustrating to say. It won't happen. The BOD have a firm grip on FNC because of the issuance of 60 million shares. We have not much to say as retail investors. imo.
