Cross references?

Reading up on how the so called great and the good make a pot full, a common theme pops up in the do your due diligence commentaries and that is to look at the history of the company and its management and board.  Most are familiar with the epic of Fancamp, with its long storied hero Smith and the villainous takeover tactics in the good guy green slate vs the fools gold slate.

When the story is freeze-dried  for posterity there is little doubt about how the details will illustrate how the rug was pulled out from the greens, such as the use of highly unusual corporate tactics and relentless defamation.

Perhaps relationship connections should come under review i.e. individual company officers or directors relationships with the BCSC, the auditors, B.C. registrar of companies, tsx members?  It might show for example, favouritism toward the company in the form of passing through egregious selected private Placements to the detriment of existing shareholders by the loss of 37% of their equity, with no reasonable explanation given.

Some want to roll it under the carpet, move on and suggest that was then, we are much better off now.

So, how so?  The FNC Chairman will soon celebrate a 6 month Halt trading status anniversary in the company he stated in the last FNC circular, as his main occupation being President of....Six months!!!  Let us not forget the public nr about the jumping off and on boards and preference for ancient double vote tactics.

The CEO is who exactly?  How is this person a good fit for the company? There is lots to read there.

The CFO should perhaps answer some pointed questions given the very very long association with the company?

How about the exploration vision?

Due diligence is a long process here.

The assets speak for themselves but need support too. Takeover is probably our best  bet.

Anyone not part of the mehra gang that stole the company is in one camp. Fancamp. The mehra gang are interchangeable pawns for the Swiss gnome to play with. Including Rajesh. Including champion. Their actions have all indicated a proclivity for self enrichment with non arms length deals. They all got their piece or left. It all came at the expense of minority,or non controlling to be more exact ...more

"It ain't over till the fat lady sings"  Maxmoe, excellent summary, thanks for that. All seeing and all knowing, Mehra is not. Champion is definitely weak kneed when it comes to treating its so called family. The company wouldn't exist without its start of the pouring a bunch of iron properties into a shell that came with a bunch of whomevers.  Smith put all those ...more

The light doesn't penetrate the thick walls of his Swiss castle enclave. Nor does he understand "shame" I don't think.

Agree, I notice on the unmentionable bb the one that thinks its hot stuff, there is a real turkey there on the FNC channel who is a limo driver?? I went throught the postings of rocknroll and can't find the one the dude keeps referring to where he says rocknroll throws up.?? Bald face lies again?, didn't get the feeling they are besties. What a can of disinformation. Speaking of which....  ...more

Ah yes, poor mitchy. He's been a defender and enabler of the junta since pre coup. He's lost a lot of money for a guy who continues to attack smith and pump mehra. We could play pin the username on the insider but moderators will shut us down. clearly mitchy is getting something on the down low. So let's continue the words that start with "de" to DEscribe the MD&A ...more

How about deeds, debunk, decrepit and Deep detox. Or the wildcard;  as likely as  delightful dentistry.  I think Frankenstein would be a good player here.

5.5 cents as the market hits all time highs. Where will it drop in the coming market correction? 3?2? Keep in mind a drop to 3 is almost a 50% drop. Poor mitchy will be even more poor unless all that recent dumping was him

I don't get this Mitchy bird. The share price sucks, the company management is not doing a bloody thing for shareholders. They devalued us by close to 40% !! There is nothing, I repeat nothing positive about their tactics. The Magpie special shares were setup as such with the company's own legal counsel back in the day.   The best part of the Magpie deal is that it WILL benefit ...more
