Short Positions/History for MTRX

Some commenting on Short Positions which ~ 0.18% of the float (on another SH board) calles it a "rounding error". This is down from a high of 2.20% in the mid June reporting. Coincident with the equity raise/distribution.

Despite a rough market yesterday (with the DOW down 650 points, Look was positive ALL DAY. Speaks to the MOMENTUM that could be underpinning this timely offering.
