Last few NRs from Fobi s....Althought it's good to get these updates, the last few NRs are not the smoking gun the market is expecting to get Fobi much higher
We had 3 NR about Fobi signing an agreement for PulseIR....
- Jan 30: For the first one Fobi did not disclose how much it was being paid but Pangenomic announced (onJan 20 - 10 daysbefore Fobi????) that Fobi was buying 126k of its shares and that it would paid Fobi 120k for PulseIR
Not only Fobi did not provide cleardetails to the market it also provided an incomplete NR 10 days late and also did a private placement on Jan 24 where insiders and 'friendly' hands got shares at adeep discount.... with this NR Fobi also sneaked the news about further dilution... A very bad NRif you ask me
- The other 2 PulseIR NRs had an amount of 120k but makes you wonder if Fobi also made similar deals of buying shares in these companies as part of their announcements of private placements. There is nothing wrong in getting paid in shares assuming that those shares are worth something, but not telling retail shareholders is wrong....
- Today's NR is good but revenues from it (if any) won't show up for a couple of quarters...
It's hard to get traction with all these announcements.
