"Is there any reason that the Strategic Placement cannot be situated in the UK or Europe? Is it allowed for a UK person or entity to invest in FOBI in US funds and hold the investment (for what ever period of time or what ever purpose) in US accounts?"

If you look at the distribution list for the LIFE placement (sedar.ca fobi filing on "06 Mar 2024 14:17 EST") you will see that some of the participants are from China, Germany, Thailand, etc. Therefore, I do not think that there is a reason for an European investor to not be able to participate in in this PP.
