Please take this holiday and read the financials on SEDAR.com. especially the section of option granting to mgmt. This is simply an continuous loop of dilution of the shareholder equity and with no eminent revenus to meet their financial obligations they will certainly need to tap the equity markets shorthly. Maybe YOU should take this holiday and do some DD, perhaps viewing the year end video of the companies achievements this year ( 2021 ), and understand why the options were granted at said price and the fact that the company does not NEED to " TAP" the markets as you say. another one to the Ignore list
