I just called into the  trading desk I use .  I wanted to confirm what ROB said .on  the C./C. 
yesterday.   I hadthem check the LEVEL TWO orders.
He is right   The big boys do NOT pay Market.
All th buyers are institutional  -- all looking for  buy price below market.;  ALL the sellers are a few retailers  just selling because they are bored.

On the BID there are  17 orders for  for 116,000 shares for between  .285 cents and .295 cents.

ON the ASK side there are only 8 sellers for 19,000 shares for between .305 and .325 cents.

CONCLUSION.  there is ZERO chance of the price getting to below .285 cents,  and then just to fill the big order there.

O.k thanks Pacer for doing D.D since no one else has done here including insiders, bored members and the sideline window shoppers. I'll put increments of 1 million shares in at .28, thanks for the heads up

Really? There has never been any institutional holders nor VC capital involvement and no brokerage coverage not even by Echelon partners who conducted the 7 5M PP at 1.35$. anyways read the financials notes clearly states that mgmt cannot guarantee Fobi as a going concern and is actively pursuing raising new capital. FIloux.  Pay attention to the boss.  Rob statedthat FOBI is moving to the venture "big" board , very soon so only THEN will large clients /funds / indexes etc.  will be allowed to buy.  Those types could not / would not be abel to buy before.
