All th buyers are institutional -- all looking for buy price below market.; ALL the sellers are a few retailers just selling because they are bored.
On the BID there are 17 orders for for 116,000 shares for between .285 cents and .295 cents.
ON the ASK side there are only 8 sellers for 19,000 shares for between .305 and .325 cents.
CONCLUSION. there is ZERO chance of the price getting to below .285 cents, and then just to fill the big order there.
