Fobi just completed the purchase of a Spanish company called Passworks whose client list includes
from the press release

Is Catalina the one going thru a 2nd bankruptcy right now??? I BELIEVE NEWS CAME OUT YESTERDAY.

Yes and Catalina will sell its division in Japan. The rest of Catalina should carry on

Pure speculation at this point but it would make Fobi's Japan launch announcement make more sense. We have been wrong so many times speculating probably not healthy to give it too much weight at this point
