I would bet Rob knows something,LOL. Maybe he is sending investors a message,as many are aware that usually when insiders start buying, something positive is about to happen.

He's propping up the share price. Desperate times call for desperate measures, as they say.

In the short term that is / was his game plan.   In the bigger picture, He would have a very good view of the near term future and the long term future. He has concluded that he can put in about half million or so of his cash now and have it worth about 4 million dollars in a couple or three years.  Better than buying stocks / real estate! For now he is just frustrating the
