Stupid Question! Smarter answer. ANY announcement that affects the bottom line of a public company MUST be disclosed in a timely manner.. There is NO rule that says "only major releases" should be publicly noted. The fact that is based in Europe is outstanding. Best you cover your short position!.

Hey genius, trading halts are issued when the PR contains information that may result in an large imbalance of trade orders. Today's PR contained nothing that would trigger such a situation, as is obvious by the trading that has occurred today,so next time (before you speak) know what you are talking about first.
