WILL BEECHWORTH GOLD PROJECT BE THE NEXT SPIN-OUT COMPANYI would not be surprised one bit to see the Beechworth Gold Project becoming the next spin-out to FSX shareholders. FSX has too much properties to explore. Spinning out seperate companies is advantageous for shareholders and allows income tax advantages plus allows more drilling activity and assays news. Time will tell but FSX management are VERY SERIOUS IN DEVELOPING FSX INTO A MAJOR EXPORING COMPANY.
Once the resource is proven in 10 to 24 months watch out for a major gold company joining in to participate in financing the exploration work to allow 15 to 20 drills on the ground especially with gold price going to $3,000 US per once in the next 3 years.
