SCG is a JV whereby FGD is injecting cash.
Big DIFF.

Itwaru is a genius man---no doubt about it.
This guy is laying the groundwork to be a FINTECH global leader.
The guy is all strategy.
SCG fits into his plan.
He has mentioned SCG twice in news releases since the initial JV announcement.
I ain't the slightest bit worried.
