Tea LeavesAfter all of DML's and FUU's regulatory filings are registered, don't be surprised if DML makes a take-over offer to FUU shareholders.  

Guess is that DML will make an all share offer to FUU shareholders similar to the one that DML made to FCU shareholders for PLS back in the day.  Roughly a 20% premium to DML's 30 day VWAP 

Unlike the FCU/DML failed merger, DML will have some voting power from its strategic investment in FUU to get a take-over past the finish line this time.  

Dev?  Into retirement.  Ray and Sam?  Over to SUU.
